IKON Leadership Academy 2025/26

If so - the IKON Leadership Academy might just be for you!

One year to level up your leadership

The IKON Leadership Academy is a ten-month programme designed to help you grow - not just in knowledge, but in skill & practice too. Through fortnightly lectures, monthly practical assignments & other longer-term projects, you will build a strong foundation of faith, understanding & ability which will help you to follow Jesus and to lead in any sphere.

Lectures will take place on Tuesday evenings, with three blocks of five lectures delivered in person at IKON Church across the course of the year. All other assignments & projects will be carried out remotely, with support from the Academy team and wider community of leaders within IKON.
